Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
Activities planned for Virtual Workplace Wellbeing Day on Friday 1 May 2020
- 4K run/ walk on Friday morning (having regard to current restrictions) – this will also kick off our participation in the Orbis 20/20 challenge this year
- Dublin team (and kids) together with colleagues in the US and Singapore will stretch it out during a Zoom pilates session with Carolyn McLachlan (ay.carumba.fitness).
- DEAR time – borrowing from our kids’ schedules we will block out an hour in the diary; drop everything and read something that isn’t work or news.
- We have been encouraging our teams to eat and cook healthily; and to share recipes during our time out of the office. On Friday the makings of a healthy dinner will be delivered to our staff at home – one less thing to think about.
