Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
A. We’ll be sending topic-specific emails during that day, including links to videos/brochures/websites/apps:
- Mental Health
- Fitness & Exercise
- Nutrition (including the Amundi Ireland Recipe Challenge)
- Managing relationships / managing kids / managing work relationships
B. Encourage staff to do a Lunchtime walk/run within the 2km radius; ask them to take a photo and send it in, and we will share them all later that day. We are calling the walk - Walk Your Way to Wellness.
C. Live meditation sessions at 10.30am & at 3.30pm led by two of our employees.
