Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
We are delighted to host a mindfulness session on 1st May 2020. The mindfulness session will be hosted by an external Practitioner in this space and hold a 30 minute session consisting of a 20 minute talk on mindfulness and relaxing breathing techniques followed by a 10 minute mini yoga session. We believe this is a small gesture that our staff can benefit from.
We try out best to do regular wellness sessions such as nutrition talks etc. however, considering the current circumstances, we think it’s important to make more of an effort, even if it’s just a small 30 minute session.
