Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
At the Clayton Hotel City of London, we have planned the below: -
Monday – Make a Change Monday, driving our employee’s intake of water, giving each employee their own reusable water bottle to encourage the team to drink more liquids and use the water fountain we have in the hotel.
Tuesday – Treat Yourself Tuesday With One of Your 5 a Day, staff will be able to come to work and have a healthy option smoothie or fruit kebabs for breakfast, midday or afternoon snack.
Wednesday – Work Out Wednesday, showing the team exercises they can do at work, using the items around them, e.g. their office chair, using the hotel stairs and not the lift.
Thursday – Tasty Thursday Healthy Option, create your own salad, with bowls of delicious individual items, lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, cooked meats, boiled eggs etc.
Friday – Find Your Feet Friday, lets walk our lunch off by joining our sister Hotels to complete the Dalata Mile walk around the hotel and in the evening let’s make it a little bit longer, 2k, 3k, 4k what can you do?
