Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
As a company we recognise the fact that this “new normal” has taken some period of adjustment. During this time we have initiated many activities that we hope will help our people to feel connected and motivated. These include:
Bi-weekly company calls whereby the management team updates everyone on the current company situation, and gives people the opportunity to feedback on how they are doing
Daily team calls across all departments - to ensure lines of communication are kept open
Twice weekly #stayhealthy remote workout sessions with a qualified trainer on zoom (yoga/pilates/stretching for beginners and a high intensity “power” workout for more advanced participants)
Opportunity to represent Damovo Group in a virtual 6km run – that will involve participants across Europe
Tips on how to work effectively from home for those employees who are used to being office-based
On National Wellbeing Day we will be sending out a little “Wellbeing Pack” to all of our staff based in Ireland to encourage them to take some time to relax, rehydrate, do some exercise and reflect on their personal wellbeing.
