Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
We are undertaking a formal launch and publication of our new "Wellbeing Framework" recently endorsed by our Management Board. the Framework covers 4 pillars of Physical Fitness, Mental Fitness, Nutrition and Social Wellbeing. We will have a number of items posted on our internal intranet based around each pillar. For example, a short video involving a Yoga via Zoom session, a couple of "remote" Quizzes and asking people to submit their own pics/stories around what they are doing (or did) Wellbeing wise for the day. Our Social Club will also be offering some prizes to colleagues too as part of the "feel good" in ourselves factor.
