Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
We are using the day for reconnection; reconnection with your health through exercise and with your colleagues through recognition and coffee. The activites we have planned are:
A 30 min Exercise Challenge: We are encouraging employees to block 30min out in their diary to follow guided exercise videos we are sharing.
Virtual Recognition Board: We are asking employees to send in 'virtual 5-Fives' - recognition of colleagues who have gone above and beyond at this time, who have made personal sacrifices, and general good news stories. These will be shared internally, with a draw of all entries for a prize.
Social Connection Challenge - We are calling on all Team Leads and Managers to hold a virtual Coffee Break with their teams to check in and reconnect with their teams.
