We will be running various wellbeing events: Morning / afternoon Mindfulness sessions Virtual morning / afternoon coffee break Wellbeing seminar – ‘Minding ourselves – Harnessing a positive mindset’ – Shane Martin 15-minute lunch time work out from Danny Gillespie, Sport Centre Supervisor Lunch time daily step challenge – 2KM – (take snaps of your nature on your walks and share) Share recipes and books Art competition for children
