Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
At Mental Healthy Courses we recognise that exercise is very important for both physical and mental wellbeing. We will therefore be implementing a 30 minute daily exercise break.
The type of exercise we each choose to do doesn't matter. It can be a walk or run round the garden, playing actively with your children, online exercise class or anything else that gets you active and increases your heart rate 💕
We will also be keeping a photo diary to see how well we are doing and keep us motivated 💪😊
