Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
We will be encouraging our team to attend the Wellbeing Webinars and the Mindfulness Sessions on Friday 1st May.
We are sharing weekly fitness and nutrition videos with our staff, specially created for our team by our gym Raw Fitness.
In the first week of May we are holding our first Quiz Night virtually.
In April our staff participated in the Focus Ireland Next Step virtual marathon, and will encourage our team to conitue walking and running, and logging the miles.
We have regular meet ups for coffee breaks virtually and will continue to do so.
