Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
With ever increasing demands in all aspects of our lives, it can be hard to find time to help our body and mind cope with the challenges of modern life. In order to assist our employees with this, Mitie have introduced a Wellness program called Mi -Wellbeing.
We believe that the Health and Wellbeing of our employees is critical and even moreso during these challenging times.
This year to celebrate Workplace Wellbeing Day, Mitie will be:
- Sending daily emails (27th April – 1st May) to all our staff on safeguarding our mental health.
- Encouraging our employees to access our Employee Assistance Programme and Wellbeing platform.
- As activity and exercise are essential in maintaining good mental health, Mitie are encourage all our employees to National Wellbeing day to reconnect with their health through exercise.
