Activity Virtual Coffee break with Dingbats quiz:     23-Apr

virtual coffee break with team members (or non team members) that people normally do not have the opportunity to speak with. The Dingbat rounds will be sent out one by one via Teams and people on a virtual coffee break can answer the questions together.

Activity Stretch@lunch:              27-Apr

We all know we should be taking regular rest breaks but it certainly is easier said than done. Prevention is better than cure! Pencilling in a dedicated stretch session @1pm (10 mins) will help you take that rest break and stretch your muscles & joints
