Holding it over 5 days so we will have a workplace wellbeing week in Pobal
Lunchtime mile - within your 2km limit on Friday May 1st.
Sharing healthy cookery recipes
Virtual coffee chats
Promoting positive mental health through a number of workplace initiatives e.g. mindfulness, desk yoga etc.
Promoting good ergonomics when working remotely
