Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
RCSI Inspire is the Universitiy's Health & Wellbeing Programme for Staff. We focus on 4 key pillars Nutritional, Physical, Mental and Occupational Health. With the resources we have in the College we collabrate regularly with our departments to provide wellbeing initiatives for our staff. A sample of this you will see below for National Workplace Wellbing day on 1st May 2020.
9am - Gym Session provided by RCSI Gym through their facebook page
11am - Promote team coffee morning via Zoom
1pm - Lunchtime 2km walk/run & promiting RCSI Gym 10km challenge
3pm - Online Body Scan provided by RCSI Centre for Positive Physchology
4pm - With RCSI Catering Team promoting a Fakeaway receipe challenge
5pm - Another gym session provided by RCSI Gym.
We will also be promiting the support provided by our EAP and Bank at Work parners.
