Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
1. Sending a formal communication to encourage teams to take time out of their day for at least one wellbeing activity such as a walk, yoga, baking some healthy cakes/bread, doing some meditation, paining a scene/art or knitting, whatever it is that they find relaxing and contributes to their overall wellbeing.
2. We have set up a Microsoft Teams chat to encourage those participating to send photos of their activity and what they have done today for their wellbeing.
