Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
All of our employees are currently working from home so we are encouraging everyone to get their household involved in National Workplace Wellbeing Day.
We will be kicking off asking everyone to take part in The Bodycoach PE Class and to share photos. We will then be having a Mindfulness Session over Zoom. We are asking people to take a walk at lunch time within the 2km restrictions and to share photos from their 'Lunchtime Mile'. We will then have a yoga class online again through Zoom, we will close out the day by having an online 'cheers and chat'.
Throughout the day we are asking people to share photos of their pets. Also over the week we are colating a list of songs for 'Sound of Teamwork' Playlist, we will send the link to everyone on Friday the 1st of May.
