Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day

We are going to commence two alternative workplace wellbeing programmes.

1.  10 week x 30 mins, wellbeing, mindfullness and pilates programme delievered via Voom by Christine Cox Fitness

2.  1 week x 2(12minutes morning and evening) Suaimhness Yoga delivered twice daily via Teams by Jill Uí Dhuinn Bhig
