Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day
We hope to keep these up long after Work Wellness Day
- We took part in a desk excercises class to promote mobility
- We are encouarging the use of stairs instead of the lift.
- We have started using different apps to prevent eye strain from over usage of computers.
- Staff members have received reusable water bottles to promote drinking water throughout the day.
- Staff members have also received stress balls.
- We are getting the office refurbished so we are going to paint some of the walls yellow as it promotes creativity, green as it reduces stress and helps create a calm environment & blue as it promotes focus.
- We will also be adding more real plants around the office after the refurbishment.
