Activities planned for Workplace Wellbeing Day

At Walkers we run a year-round Wellness Programme which includes number initiatives such as subsidised yoga, pilates and strength & conditioning classes in our onsite fitness room, fresh fruit twice weekly, onsite health screening, a meditation & relaxation room, regular head & neck massages, dental & eye checkups, flu vaccines and ergonomic assessments. We also have a running group 'Fast Walkers' which was organised by some of our staff and has been a huge success. To mark Workplace Wellbeing Day we hope to run some healthy activities for our staff and promote our Employee Assistance Programme.
