Online Pilates session with Sarah Finn ( Dining table posture NO MORE! )

Sarah will take you through a series of the traditional Pilates exercises with the main focus on addressing the dreaded 'dining table posture'. Unfortunately, ergonomic tables and chairs are a sad and distant memory for most people. With this is mind, Sarah will focus on the main muscles that are compromised while slouching over a laptop or working from the sofa. It will be a fun class with a dynamic stretching warm up at the start to loosen out your muscles. This class shouldn't be missed if you want some tips and tricks on simple exercises you can do at home to keep you posture in tip top shape! Have a large towel/scarf at the class for strengthening/stretching. Check out Sarah's website.

Mental Healthy Courses
At MHC we recognise that some families are in lockdown with a teenager/young adult which can be an extra challenge. Therefore, we have on offer our Teenage Brain short course which is designed to help parents and professionals alike understand the processes the brain goes through to reach maturation, and give explanation for behaviours exhibited by many teens. "Looking after our Mental Health for National Workplace Wellbeing Day 2020"
